To keep your chopping boards in good condition for a long time, just wash it in warm soapy water, and just leave to air dry naturally. DO NOT put your board in the dishwasher and do not submerge in water. Keeping your cutting board clean is easy, due to its antibacterial properties. We recommend oiling your board with grape seed oil every three to four months to protect.
